Radiator design begins with precise engineering calculations and CAD-based modeling to achieve optimal fin geometry for efficient heat dissipation.

Material Preparation
High-quality Cold Rolled Steel (CRCA) or Stainless Steel (SS304) is selected for manufacturing. Sheets are cut and formed under controlled conditions to ensure uniform thickness and strength for consistent performance.

Fabrication & Welding
Pressed fins are assembled using automated welding techniques for maximum structural integrity. All welded joints are leak-proof and oil-tight, conforming to IEEMA 9:1990 / DIN 42559 standards.

Quality Testing
Each unit passes through rigorous in-house testing, including pressure and leak tests, paint thickness checks, and dimensional inspections.
